Registration services
Since June 2011, the registration process of plant protection products in all European Union countries follows the new Regulation 1107/2009, which replaces Directive 91/414/EEC.
AgroProspect’s main registration service consists of:
- Representation: Offering full support to our customers aiming to obtain Registration Certificate for their plant protection products in Romania, including parallel import assistance.
- Acting on behalf of the applicants during and after the registration process in the relationship with Romanian officials and keeping in permanent contact with them as a national representative.
- Follow up all administrative work required for national registration of plant protection products, including application and amendments.
- AgroProspect has a Representative office in Bucharest.
